Elephants can be extremely dangerous animals weighing in at 5 tons and known to have episodes of rage. Although generally peaceful animals, if agitated or abused, elephants are capable of causing severe damage and in areas where they are being mistreated and shot at, the death toll is reaching past 500 humans a year.
